Policies.
Appointment Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to find parking, check-in, and enjoy refreshments at a leisurely pace. Unfortunately we cannot make up for lost time due to late arrivals since doing so would affect the guest after you. We must charge late arrivals in full.
Cancel / Reschedule:
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for canceling and rescheduling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service fee. Failure to cancel will result in a charge of the full fee. We try our best to avoid this situation by confirming all appointments the day before.
Cell Phones / Pagers:
For courtesy of the calming and relaxing environment of, "House of Elan". We ask that all cell phones and pagers be in the muted state or the power shut off.
Children:
For safety reasons and in order to achieve the highest level of service that we promise our clients, we request that all guests be a minimum age of 12, and any guest under the age of 18 be accompanied by an adult. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods:
We accept US Currency, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Personal checks are accepted with proper ID. Returned checks are charged a $40 fee.
